Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your Saree Naree order quickly and safely. Below are our standard shipping terms.


Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.


Domestic (Sri Lanka)

 

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 400

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days from shipment.

 


International

 

  • Standard International Shipping: Rs. 5000 (flat rate)

  • Delivery time: 10–20 business days (may vary by destination and customs).

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.


Shipping restrictions

We currently ship to regions listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we’ll try to help.


Damaged or lost parcels

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged in transit or missing, email support@sareenaree.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will assist with claims and next steps.
