(A) We, at SareeNaree have a committed 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. As a customer you have two options to return the product.

  • Self ship the products to our address
  • Reverse pick-up by our courier services.

(B) Self Ship: Self ship the products to our address Surat, Gujarat, India

  •  Customers have to pack the products preserving its conditions with all tags attached and return the product as it is delivered to you through a courier service best suited to you.
  •  Once it passes through the quality check, then only we will initate payment through RTGS/NEFT bank transfers only within 2-3 bank working days.

(C) Reverse pick-up by our courier service

  •  Customer can initate Reverse pick-up by informing us via E-mail at sareenareeorder@gmail.com or whatsapp us at __________ .
  •  Customers have to pack the products preserving its conditions with all tags attached and in a merchantabale conditions.
  •  Once it passes through the quality check, then only we will initate payment through RTGS/NEFT bank transfers only within 2-3 bank working days.

Norms of Exchange:

In order to initate an exchange inform us via E-mail at sareenareeorder@gmail.com or whatsapp us at ________. Exchange can be initated by you being the "Customer" on a "Single Product", exchange is valid only once per "Product" within 7 days from the receipt of order.
